There are various teams across Visa Europe that can help you. Details of the appropriate contacts for various topics are provided below.
For security reasons please do not provide card numbers in your email communications
Questions about your Visa card
Visa does not issue cards or set the terms and conditions for your card – this is done by our customers. If you have a question or complaint about your Visa card account, you will need to contact your card issuer. Please see our dedicated information for cardholders.
Lost Visa cards
If you’ve lost your Visa card, then you’ll find a list of assistance telephone numbers on our I’ve lost my Visa card page.
Verified by Visa
We have a dedicated information site on Verified by Visa which will answer all your queries.
Visa Personal Payments
If you have a question relating to a problem with a Visa Personal Payment, please contact your card issuer or the person who sent you the money.
If you have a question relating to using the Visa Personal Payments service then you can email Visa at firstname.lastname@example.org. For security reasons, please do not include your mobile phone number, your card number or any of the payment details in your email.
If you are unable to find the information you are looking for on this page or in our FAQs, please contact us.
Tel: +44 (0)20 7795 5777 (enquiries)
Tel: +44 (0)20 7937 8111 (switchboard)
Please note that all consumer enquiries are handled by our Consumer Queries Team based in the United States of America.
To help us better assist you, please provide your card issuer’s name, country of card issuance and your card type (credit, debit, prepaid, etc.). Alternatively, simply provide the first 6 digits of your card number. For security reasons, please do not include full card numbers in your email communications.
Retailers and businesses
If you already accept Visa cards, and you have a query, you will need to contact the payment service provider which provides you with your Visa card acceptance services. If you want to start accepting Visa cards, you should discuss your needs with the payment service providers – perhaps make a start by asking your own bank. Advice and information for retailers and businesses is also available in our Receiving payments section.
If you are a journalist, you’ll find our list of press contacts in our Newsroom.
If you are a Visa Europe customer, please contact Visa Europe Customer Support on your country specific number, or e-mail us at email@example.com.
If you are interested in a career with Visa Europe, please see our Careers information.
