Case study - supporting young entrepreneurs
In today’s connected world, the pace of change presents challenges and opportunities to businesses and individuals.
The European Commission’s New Skills Agenda for Europe calls for the cultivation of more entrepreneurial and innovative mind sets to keep pace with change and overcome the challenges of high youth unemployment, lowered competitiveness and widening skills gaps.
In this context, Visa Europe is partnering with JA Europe, Europe’s largest provider of education programmes for entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy.
Together we are working to help build Europe’s entrepreneurial potential and play our part in nurturing a culture of innovation and growth.
Take a look at how we're working with Junior Achievement in France and Spain…
We deliver training and mentoring for student start-up companies across Europe. Our aim is to encourage innovative thinking among young people and equip them with the skills required to be successful in the workplace and as leaders of their own businesses.
We have also helped to establish the EE-HUB as Europe’s centre of excellence for entrepreneurial education expertise, bringing together stakeholders from the worlds of academia, business, policy and civil society.
