Making payments to Visa cards
If you need to pay or reimburse your customers, you can use the Visa network to transfer the funds. It’s quick, convenient and secure.
There will also be situations when you need to credit a customer’s account, rather than debit it, such as payment of gambling winnings, and incentives. This is not to be confused with refunds.
Visa is also looking to expand this service to cover reimbursement of medical and insurance claims, and transfer of broker funds.
With almost 1.3 billion Visa cards in wallets around the world, the Visa network gives you a widespread, secure and practical means to transfer funds. Crediting a Visa account also ensures that the money reaches the right person, and is more efficient than issuing and posting a cheque.
