Investors in people
In 2011 we achieved Investors in People
(IIP) Silver standard, building on our efforts of 2010 in
gaining IIP Bronze accreditation.
Achieving IIP Silver standard is recognition of our
commitment to making Visa Europe a great place to work. This
includes our strong focus on work-life balance, knowledge sharing
and encouraging employees to develop beyond their individual roles.
The achievement also reflects the talent and commitment of our
employees. We are proud to have achieved IIP Silver standard but we
know we can keep improving both as a business and an employer. We
will continue to develop our people management practices and aim to
achieve Gold standard in 2012..
